All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Typical rates include:

UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Free on orders over £75)

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delays due to customs, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
All parcels come with a tracking number, which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive tracking info, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Lilly & Winston is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
7. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, local customs, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@lillywinston.nl. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with the courier.
